Our policy is as follows:
- Right first time
- Establish and review targets and objectives for continual improvement in the control of our processes and for the prevention of errors, leading to continued and enhanced customer satisfaction
- Comply with any regulatory or statuory requirements
- The terms of our quality registration will make us subject to surveillance visits
- Every member of staff is required to adhere to the Quality Management Systems at all times

City Print (Milton Keynes) Ltd recognises the importance of continual improvement and the prevention of pollution within our environmental considerations. These will be taken into account at all stages of our pre-press, printing and finishing activities. Within our responsibilities asa printing company is full compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations which relate to health, safety and the environment.
Our policy is as follows:
- minimisation of harmful emissions to the atmosphere
- control of noise levels below statutory requirements to cause the least practicable inconvenience to our neighbours
- conservation of energy and natural resources used in our manufacturing and service operations
- minimisation of waste in production and packaging
- recycling, disposal and treatment of waste and effluent by the least objectionable option
- maintaining the visual appearance of our operations
- provision of safe, hygienic and attractive working environments having regard to the nature of our activities
- the responsible design, operation and maintenance of machinery and processes to reflect the principles above

|  | FSC Chain of Custody
City Print is committed to the supply of goods and services that meet published specifications and the agreed requirements of our customers.
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) chain of custody certification is the unbroken path which products take from the forest to the consumer including all stages of manufacturing, transformation and distribution. It provides evidence that the products originate from a certified well-managed forest are not mixed with products from uncertified forests at any point in the supply chain.
Through the allocation of a unique job number to each order we are able to identify and segregate certified products from non-certified products and demonstrate this through our office and production records.
